First Capital understands that deposits and withdrawals are an important facet of your trading experience. That is why we have streamlined banking processes to ensure our clients can access a choice of safe and secure deposit and withdrawal methods. In addition, to further give you peace of mind, we utilize the latest security technology to ensure you can transact safely at all times. All our payments are managed through Level 1 PCI international payment service, and all transactions are processed via the latest 128 SSL encryption.

How to Withdraw Funds from Your Trading Account?

Once you are ready to withdraw funds from your First Capital account, the process is simple, straightforward and hassle-free. Simply complete the withdrawal request and the First Capital finance team will start the withdrawal process.

How to Deposit Funds into Your Trading Account?

Deposit funds into your First Capital trading account by following the 4 simple steps below:

  1. Log in to your First Capital members area.
  2. Click on the ‘Deposit’ tab.
  3. Select your preferred payment method and follow the prompts.
  4. Click ‘Deposit’ and begin trading instantly.


1. Credit and Debit Cards

Credit and debit cards are a popular payment method for most global traders. At First Capital, you can deposit funds into your trading account using a variety of major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and Maestro. With credit and debit cards, you can begin trading as soon as your transaction is successful and approved by First Capital.

2. eWallets

eWallets are a popular deposit option due to their safety; you only transact with your email! You can fund your First Capital trading account using various eWallet options and you can then begin trading immediately once you complete the deposit process successfully.

3. Wire / International Bank Transfer

For your convenience, we also offer the option to deposit funds into your First Capital trading account using bank wire or international bank transfer. With transactions happening between banks, this is one of the safest payment methods as well as the most convenient in regions where most other options are not allowed. Please note that the minimum deposit amount using this method is €250, and funds may take up to 7 working days to reflect on the balance of your trading account. 

4. Local Bank Transfer

There is also a choice of local payment methods for our global clients. Deposit funds into your First Capital trading account using your local currency, from your local bank, in your country of residence. First Capital will deposit the equivalent amount in the base currency of your trading account without charging any currency exchange fees. Please note that with some local payment options, it may take a few days for the funds to reflect in your trading account. To view the available options, click on the ‘Deposit’ button and select your country.

Withdrawing Funds from Your Trading Account

At First Capital, we have made the withdrawal process simple and hassle-free, to ensure you are never kept waiting when you are ready to enjoy your profits. The withdrawal process only requires 3 easy steps:

  1. Download the required withdrawal request form
  2. Complete the form in full and email it to: banking@firstcapital.fm
  3. Wait for approval and your funds will be transferred to you


First Capital processes all withdrawal requests within 72 hours, after which funds will be transferred to you using the same method you used to make your deposit. First Capital charges no fees to process your withdrawals and we recommend checking with your relevant payment processor to confirm any applicable fees. Please note that with some methods, it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to reflect on your side.

Account Verification

In adherence to various local and international anti-money laundering and know your customer (KYC) guidelines as well as for the safety of your funds, First Capital requires that all its traders verify their identities as well as provide proof of residence.


This procedure requires that you submit documents that show Proof of Identification (POI) and Proof of Residence (POR). This is done once, and after your account is verified, you can enjoy quick and seamless transactions to and from your trading account. 

To verify your account, email your POI and POR documents to support@firstcapital.fm. For your convenience, you can also log into your First Capital member’s area and verify your account by clicking the “Upload Documents” tab.

Proof of Identification (POI) Documents

First Capital requires every client to submit a clear copy (scan or photo) of a valid, government-issued identity document.

The following documents are accepted: 

  • National Identity Card
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License


Please ensure that the document submitted is clear and legible, and shows your full name, the date of issue and date of expiry as well as your photo.

Proof of Residence (POR) Documents

You also need to submit a document that serves as proof of your area of residence. The document must not be older than 3 months, and should contain your full name and full address, with the details matching the ones provided during your account registration.

The following documents can be submitted as proof of residence:

  • Credit Card Statement
  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill (For example, water, gas, electricity, or a landline telephone bill)


Credit Card Verification

If you intend to use a debit or credit card to fund your First Capital trading account, you will be required to submit a colored copy (scan/photo) of the front and back of the card showing the following information clearly:

  • Full name of the cardholder
  • Expiry date of the card
  • First 5 and last 4 digits of the card

(Please note - The CVV number and the middle 7 digits of the card must be masked/hidden)

  • Card signature (this must match that of your ID card)


Important: If your card does not show the cardholder name, you will be required to submit a card statement which must show your full name as well as the first 5 and last 4 digits of the card.

Proof of Payment - Bank Transfer

First Capital processes withdrawals via bank transfer to only the original account that the deposit was made from. Thus, clients that wish to use this method will be required to provide a clear copy (scan or photo) of the deposit transaction slip. 

What withdrawal options does First Capital offer?

First Capital offers a wide range of convenient withdrawal methods that include major debit and credit cards, local bank transfer, international bank wire and various eWallet options. Once your account is verified (refer to Account Verification above), you can withdraw funds as you wish. Please note that First Capital processes withdrawals using the same channel that your deposit was made.

Important to note: For debit or credit card clients, only the same amount as you deposited can be transferred back to the card that you used. First Capital will credit any profits over and above this amount, directly to your bank account, whose details must match your credit card and account credentials.

Is there a minimum and maximum withdrawal amount?

The is no minimum withdrawal amount at First Capital, and obviously, the maximum withdrawal amount is your trading account balance.

Does First Capital charge any withdrawal fees?

First Capital charges no withdrawal fees whatsoever. Please confirm with your payment processor or bank if there are any applicable fees on incoming transactions.

How long does the withdrawal process take?

First Capital has a streamlined withdrawal process that ensures all requests are processed with 72 hours. Thereafter, you will receive your funds depending on your preferred payment method. In case of delays, please contact your relevant payment processor. The First Capital support team will always be available to assist if you require any information.
